As a young boy, I spent countless hours with my father fixing things in our basement workshop. We had every gadget and tool imaginable, and I learned the value of patience and precision. Now, as a dentist with over 30 years of experience, I have the opportunity to use an incredible array of state-of-the-art equipment to help my patients, working with the same combination of exactitude and pride I learned at my father’s side. For the last 13 years, I have spent the majority of my professional time performing root canal treatment in the offices of many dentists, including dental school faculty members. I’ve spent extensive time on continuing dental education, with a focus on endodontic (root canal) treatment. It is tremendously rewarding to help patients who come to the office feeling anxious about the procedure feel comfortable and relaxed, and to provide root canal treatment without any discomfort.

Even when not practicing dentistry, I’m always using my hands. In addition to personally restoring the fine architectural details on my family’s 1924 colonial house, I’m an avid guitar player and martial artist. I also enjoy being outdoors, spending as much time as possible skiing, hiking and visiting the beach with my wife and two children.
